Just Keep Swimming...

The concept of going out and getting some fresh air to clear your head never really appealed to me until today.

As I looked up at the sky, the stars blinking back at me, All I wanted to do at that moment was to cry my heart out because lately, I have been feeling like an imposter, a disappointment to myself, like I'm trapped in a never-ending cycle.

It's like no matter how hard I try, it's never enough.

Tears clouded my eyes, but it was nothing like how my insides felt. While my inner self wanted to scream and wail, all that came out was a silent plea to hold on, not give up just yet, and
keep going.

Just like Dory once said, "Just Keep Swimming..."

Hi, I'm Gayathri, a lover of life’s simple yet magical moments. I adore wearing jhumkas, even when they pinch a little because they remind me that beauty sometimes comes with pain. My heart belongs to romance – I read everything that celebrates love and write it too, weaving stories of heartbeats and soul connections. You'll often find me wandering through bookstores, promising myself not to buy anything, only to leave with a stack of new adventures. Something is enchanting about tea on a rainy day, don’t you think? The way the rain taps on the window while you sip warmth from a cup, and instead of hiding from the rain, I embrace it. The rhythm of the raindrops brings a calm that only the sky can offer. And then, there’s the swing—ah, the swing. I can never resist the urge to soar high, letting the wind caress my face, and in that moment of weightlessness, everything feels possible. Life, to me, is about finding these little moments of wonder, where time pauses, and joy is all that matters. Welcome to my world!
